Here is a very nice vintage 1975 Coulter reflecting telescope mirror. This comes from my own telescope. The coating is fair, still quite usable. In another year or 2 it could use a new coating. I recommend Majestic Coatings in New Jersey or Spectrum Coatings in Florida. They have done fine work for me in the past. The mirror has NO chips on either side. Small specks do not show up in the photo of the mirror. They just tell you it's getting close to "new coating time". It's called 'aluminization', with a special clear coating on top.
The mirror is 2 inches thick and weighs 19.3 pounds. I have made a separate listing for the Coulter mirror cell the mirror can be mounted in. I also have separate listings for the diagonal mirror and spider, and the focuser. With these all, you can build a nice homemade 12.5 inch reflecting telescope.
49.5" is scribed in the side of the mirror. That is the focal length, hence f/4.1.
If you want to purchase all the parts (if still available) contact me first. I will give you a little better price, plus you can save on shipping.
