This is
the smaller version, more rare, than the usual 60mm school telescope. 
The Merz refractor is mounted on a Tremel table top equatorial mount.
A school telescope is historical telescope with a table top mount.  Originally used in German schools.

It's a very nice telescope with very nice, sharp views.
