Any significant problem or existing damage on an item that we know about will appear in the item’s photos and/or be described in its listing. If we are selling multiples of the same item, each will be the same general condition and description. If we are selling multiples of an item that is used or might have some damage, we will photograph the most worn or damaged example. If an item does not match its listing description, we will refund it in accordance with eBay policy. We do not otherwise accept returns. Here’s why: There are many wonderful retailers who offer no-questions-asked return policies on their merchandise. They can do so because they sell at such high volumes. We’re just a couple of people in their basement, who have a passion for scoring unbelievable deals and connecting them to the people who will appreciate them. We price our items competitively and operate at a slim profit margin.You wouldn’t ask someone for a refund for something you scored at their garage sale because you changed your mind later. That’s the tradeoff for getting the great price we offer you. If it’s important to you to be able to return anything you buy with no questions asked, you should definitely shop at major retailers who can offer that service! If you love getting a great bargain and understand that our no returns policy is part of what makes it possible for us to keep passing these bargains on to you, then get ready to save some money!
We track our packages and use tracking numbers to ensure they have been successfully delivered. Make sure you provide accurate address & delivery information! (This sounds obvious, but please understand that if the package was successfully delivered but you can’t find it because you gave the wrong address etc., it is not our responsibility.) If something is damaged in shipping, let us know! We will work with you to find a solution we can both agree on.
