Odd combination of a Barlow and image erector in a 1.25" astronomy telescope eyepiece, made in Japan, no makers name. Further the portion of the barrel that holds the eyepiece unscrews...to what end we don't know. Barlow magnification looks to be in the 3x zone. The lower 1.25" barrel that fits into your diagonal or drawtube looks to have been machined down from a larger diameter. The previous owner was an amateur machinist and made many parts for his scopes so we're guessing he did this. Anyone know who made this and more about its applications?
