Power Telescope

Online mapping applications have come a long way from the days when traditional paper maps were scanned and put on the Internet.

If you still haven't made the transition from the traditional paper maps to online map navigation, here are 5 reasons that will help you decide in favor of the latter one.

1- Better road directions: While driving, online map navigation can help you with their routes and driving directions. What's more - some of these maps even incorporate a certain degree of local intelligence by listing which side streets you should take for a better driving experience or which roads need to be avoided as some construction work is going on.

2- Can be updated easily: With time, traditional paper maps go out of date as it's difficult and time consuming to insert changes in them. As a result, the older ones are discarded and the newer ones with the changes and additions take their place. However, unlike their traditional counterparts, the online maps can be updated easily, making them an ideal tool that you should possess.

3- Use local features that help travelers: Online maps often have pop-up boxes where details about various movies, restaurants, and special events in specific neighborhoods are listed. This feature becomes handy especially for travelers visiting that area. In other words, these maps are more detailed than traditional paper maps.

4- User friendly choices: When you opt for online map navigation, you get to choose options for using them. For example, many maps let you choose the view that you need and your travel type. Depending upon your need, you can chose from a satellite image view, normal view, or a terrain view, and even get a map that helps you based on whether you are walking, going to take some public transportation or will drive the car.

5- Cost-effective option: Online maps help you to include many details in the pop up boxes and even add elements like the zoom feature to make it more user friendly. The lucrative deal is that you can do all these and more without learning new skills or burning a hole in your pocket.

Perhaps you now understand how online digital map can be a useful and economical tool for your business.

Whether you have a single office or multiple branches in different locations, you can use the online maps to direct customers to your office, and even use pop-up information boxes to show the address, relevant images, and other details. Maximum Useable Power of Meade 6 Inch Refractor Telescope?

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am the proud owner of a Meade 6 Inch Refractor Telescope.
The focal length of this telescope is 1219 mm. I have an
assortment of eyepieces ranging down to 5 mm. I know how
to calculate the Magnification Power FL/EP Size = Mag Pwr.

What I am not sure of and am asking experienced users is:

In the process of upgrading my EP Stock to TV Radians and TV Naglers, along with Power Mate 2X and 4X, what do you
think is the highest reasonable Mag Power I should seek with a real expectation of producing a good clear view? A fuzzy blob is no fun to look at.

I appreciate all comments from experienced telescope users.

Stork5100 pretty much has it right, but I've read that the numbers can actually be a little higher.
I've read that the rule of thumb is 60x/inch of aperture.
Of course, it's all dependent on seeing conditions and the quality of your optics.
I've been able to get up to just over 700x on a night with EXCELLENT seeing through my 10" SCT... Saturn was gorgeous, filling almost the entire field of view!
