Describing it the best I can.
Because certain features need work, I listed it as for parts or not working, yet it is a functional tripod for a scmidt cassegrain.
It has legs that extend, and a center pole that extends. The center pole can be made to stay in place, since it has a screw, and lockdown lever. The legs, however, I had been using hose clamps to hold them in place, being that the locking levers did not keep them from sliding, and there does not seem to be an adjusting screw. I was using a byers, 15 lb telescope tube btw, so I lighter telescope may allow the legs to stay in place. Perhaps there is a fix for this you can find online. The hose clamps however did hold the extreme weight of the C8.
