It's repairable for someone good with their hands but might not be an easy fix. One screwhole for the detachable finder scope mount is stripped. The plastic ring around the 80x eyepiece is chipped and has to be carefully screwed on but the lens is fine. --- The wooden case has chips and peeled veneer but functions well. The sun filter is missing. -- Optics are great.Instructions (one page) are in poor shape but fully readable.
