Hi there, lets start off with a disclaimer! I do not handle this kind of item as a normal part of my business. So, please ask questions you might have before purchasing and recognize that you, the buyer, will be the expert and you have to take on some responsibility to know what you are doing because I do not know about Orion, Vixen, or telescopes.
A few years ago I purchased a "lot" of books and items from a gent who had cleaned out a house of a lawyer. As I was packing up he said, "hey, we pulled this out of the closet, it is really nice", and I rolled my eyes as I know nothing about this kind of thing, but he needed the money and I was being nice and here it is, a few years later, and I figure the skies are more clear now and people have time to enjoy the night skies. And, I was told this is a Achromatic Refractor and people do like this brand etc. BUT ! I am not sure, so you need to be the expert. What else can I tell you? I can give you measurements and after that, you will have to ask questions. Except, it does work. I think the critical measurement is the diameter of the lens and what I can tell you is I mic'd it at the end and is read (7th photo) 135.5 mm but assume the lens is a bit smaller, the length of the barrel seems to be 79 cm, circumference 44.5. Total length is 44 inches and the spotter is 11 inches. Well, ask away if you have questions. The winning bidder should be prepared to adivse on packing. But Fed X ground / home delivery signature required should be the best choice. I am also listing the mount that came with this telescope. And a few eye pieces.
Items over $ 50.00 in value shipped with signature required.
