Vixen VC200L catadioptric VISAC with rigidly mounted tracking scope, 60mm extension, a unique full field Nikon adapter and Mr Star guy holdall, all in excellent condition - ready for top notch astro imaging. Its very good for visual use as well
I moved from S California to the Oregon Coast where it rains a lot and the Dark Sky Ordinance is not enforced. I can assure you that I would not be selling my favorite scope if local condition were more agreeable.
The Nikon D810 image of M27 was taken using the included 60mm extension and the full coverage Nikon adapter.
The rigidly attached tracking scope is set up for the Orionshoot tracking camera but it does focus other cameras equally well.
I attached a 2.5mm allen key under the carrying handle, see image 6. This fits all the collimation adjusters. By the way, this scope is in perfect alignment as can be seen in image 2, but its nice to have the key with you.
The focuser is play free, carries weight well and travels smoothly end to end.
The inside walls of the tube have been extremely neatly lined with light absorbent flock to maintain contrast.
You will not be disappointed with this fine optical instrument.

market today: free of coma, curvature of field, spherical and chromatic
aberration. Especially noteworthy in the Vixen VC200L is its sharpness
and flatness at the edge, which far exceeds that of Schmidt-Cassegrain
systems of the same aperture. It provides a pinpoint star image less
than 15 microns, even at the edge of its 42 mm image circle. If you are
looking for a photographic catadioptric, the Vixen VC200L is an
